Sex toys at Room18: how to choose
Room18 offers sex toys for women, men and couples from well-known brands including LELO, Lovense, Womanizer, Tenga, Svakom and Fun Factory. Every order ships in plain, opaque packaging with no mention of the store name or contents.
Main categories
- Vibrators: classic, clitoral, vacuum and app-controlled.
- Masturbators for men.
- Dildos, sleeves and cock rings.
- Anal toys and kegel balls and trainers.
- BDSM and strap-ons.
- Couples' toys and remote-controlled devices.
What to look for
- Material. Silicone is the most common choice: it is non-porous and easy to clean.
- Controls and power. Buttons, a remote or an app; USB charging.
- Waterproofing. Waterproof models are easier to clean and use in the shower.
- Size and shape. For a first toy, choose a compact model with a few modes.
Care
After use, wash the toy with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, then dry it fully. Store it separately in a pouch. Do not combine silicone toys with silicone-based lubricants; a water-based lubricant is safer for most products.
